At this time, public health officials have indicated that the risk of the spread of the coronavirus in Illinois and throughout the United State remains low. Officials from the Illinois Department of Public Health are recommending schools continue holding classes and events as usual and follow routine cleaning procedures.
The safety and wellbeing of students, staff and families remains the top priority for District 99, and the District will continue to stay updated on new developments and follow the guidance of public health officials.
365体育投注District 99 will continue to adhere to its strong standards of practice for cleanliness of all facilities, with the Buildings and Grounds staff continuing their oversight of daily cleaning and sanitation of surface in classrooms, hallways, lunchrooms, gymnasiums, bathrooms and offices.

- frequent hand washing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
- avoiding touching your eyes, nose and mouth
- covering coughs and sneezes with a tissue, then discarding the tissue
- cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces and objects
- avoiding close contact with people who are sick
- staying home when you are sick
